The following list includes the two ways users can log into HRIT:
Users can log into an agreement and then add studies and related details to the agreement. To log into the agreement, users must have the assigned password for the agreement. The following steps provide instructions on how to log into an agreement.
The main HRIT window displays the studies associated with the agreement, if study information has already been entered.
Within HRIT, there are several types of users that can be assigned so a user can log into the system by entering a user name and a password.
Note: These roles are created and assigned by the System Administrator.
The roles that require a user name and password include the following: CTO, TA, Bureau-User and Admin. Persons who log in using the CTO or TA role will see all studies that are associated with the agreements the person manages. In addition, CTOs can approve or disapprove progress reports that have been submitted. (For additional information, see the section titled “Approving/Disapproving a Progress Report” in this document.)
To request to be assigned to one of the aforementioned roles, contact the Help Desk at HRIT@aimglobalhealth.org.
